Since Date in Setup Codes

The task run time of the Workforce Ready Accrual Import task sets the Since Date for the work code supplied -and all other work codes with the same Group number located in Setup > Codes.

For example, suppose the following work codes share the same work code Group /number of five: Sick Time Earned, Sick Taken, Vacation Earned, Vacation Taken and all employees are affected by the import. On July 5, 2019 the task Workforce Ready Accrual Import runs and imports four hours of Sick Time Earned. This means that employees have a Sick Time Earned work code on their calendar on July 5, 2019 for four hours. The Sick Time Earned work code -AND Sick Time Taken, Vacation Earned, Vacation Taken now show a Since Date of July 5, 2019 in Setup > Codes... because they both belong to the same Accrual Group.

Moreover, suppose a Vacation Earned import for a total of eight hours runs on July 12, 2019. This means that employees see Vacation Earned on their calendar on July 12, 2019 for eight hours. The Vacation Time Earned work code -AND Vacation Taken, Sick Time Taken, Sick Time Earned now show a Since Date of July 12, 2019 in Setup > Codes... because they share the same Accrual Group value.
