Import and Export File Paths

Prerequisites: The task below requires System Administrator rights to access this application’s directory. Access controls within this application are located in System > Authority Levels. Access controls to the application’s directory of files is granted outside of this application by your organization.

Additionally, import file path location information is available in the Import Manager located in System > Import Manager.

To access import and export file paths for the Initial Import, Ongoing Import, and Task Manager Exports:

  1. Options are:
    • Prior to version 7.4: Navigate to the configuration folder in the application’s directory. In the configuration folder, open the integration.properties file in Notepad to display the default file path locations for each component. The default location is C:\Program Files\<Application Name>\configuration
    • As of version 7.4: Navigate to the System > Tenant Properties area.
  2. In Tenant Properties go to the Integrations table of properties.
  3. Optional - you may edit the file path location or file name for each component. If you choose to edit the integration.properties file path, create a backup of the original file, edit and save the file to confirm the new settings, then stop and restart the application to initiate the new settings.1

samples Contains sample import files for:
templates Used to process Roster Export .ftl templates. The templates folder is used to drop modified roster exports to be picked up by the new Roster Export task. Roster Export FTL template files, such as ROS02, ROS05… are available in the sample folder.
