Roster 05 Export Transform File Using Template (.ftl)

Prerequisites:
  • Read About Importing and Exporting Data and Import and Export File Paths
  • Create a new folder under the “classes” folder of the installation files, and label the new folder templates. The default location is: C:\Program Files\<application name>\application\WEB-INF\classes
  • Requires access to the Task Manager in the System area in Setup. Additionally, for testing purposes be sure the Roster contains recent work code record modifications. If you are not sure whether staffing records are in their most recent state, then perform a quick test. To test, go to the Roster and give a person a Sick work code, then run the task. Remove the Sick code after your test.
